INVL and Tesonet complete acquisition of Šiaurės licėjus

INVL Private Equity Fund II and Tesonet have completed the acquisition of Lithuanian private education network Šiaurės licėjus after receiving competition clearance.

The acquired business includes two schools, three kindergartens, a swimming pool and an extracurricular education centre, serving almost 1,000 children and employing around 180 people. Revenue reached €8.8 million in the 2025/26 academic year.

The assets become part of Kurianti karta, owned equally by Tesonet and INVL Private Equity Fund II.
