SIRIN Development announces €25m expansion of SIRIN PARK Rumbula in Riga

SIRIN Development has announced a €25 million investment to expand SIRIN PARK Rumbula, a logistics park in the Rumbula area of Riga, Latvia. The expansion will be delivered in two phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in early 2027.

SIRIN PARK Rumbula has already delivered approximately 84,000 sqm of modern Class A warehouse space on a 16.2-hectare site at Latgales iela 495 in Riga. The planned development will add around 36,000–37,000 sqm of new logistics and industrial space, bringing additional capacity and flexibility for businesses looking to scale operations.

New buildings are expected to support a range of activities, from warehousing and logistics to light industrial and office uses, and the project is anticipated to generate around 300 new jobs as part of the expanded park.

Project network context:

According to the company’s official project listings, SIRIN Development operates a portfolio of logistics and business park assets in multiple Baltic locations:

In Latvia, projects include SIRIN PARK Rumbula, SIRIN PARK Mārupe and SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi available for lease.

In Lithuania, parks such as SIRIN PARK Liepkalnis, SIRIN PARK Gariūnai, SIRIN PARK Dobrovolė, SIRIN PARK Kumpiai, SIRIN PARK Klez and SIRIN PARK Martinava are offered in Vilnius and Kaunas regions.
