Prosperus completes €200 million acquisition of Ozas shopping centre in Vilnius

Prosperus Retail Property Fund, managed by Prosperus Asset Management, has completed the €200 million acquisition of the Ozas shopping and entertainment centre in Vilnius.

The acquisition was financed through the fund’s equity and a €135 million syndicated loan provided equally by SEB and OP Bank. SEB also acted as the transaction agent.

Ozas is the first property in Prosperus Retail Property Fund’s portfolio. Following the acquisition, the combined assets of companies managed by Prosperus exceed €500 million.
