Ignitis Group’s Net Profit Halves in Q3 2025
Lithuanian energy group Ignitis grupė reported a 53.9% drop in net profit and a 5.3% fall in revenue in Q3 2025 compared to last year.
For the first nine months, the company’s Adjusted EBITDA reached €405.1 million (+2% YoY), mainly supported by its Green Capacities and Networks segments. However, higher financing costs and weaker power prices weighed on quarterly earnings.
Context:
Despite a strong balance sheet and reaffirmed BBB+ (stable) credit rating, Ignitis faces margin pressure as Baltic energy markets normalize after record 2022–2023 profits. The group continues to expand renewables, adding +0.7 GW of green capacity this year.
