ALPPES Capital Offers €15 Million in Bonds
Latvian investment company ALPPES Capital has launched a public bond offering worth €15 million, with the option to increase the issue to €20 million.
The offering is open to investors in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia from 3 to 17 November. The bonds carry an annual interest rate of 8.75%, with monthly interest payments and a minimum investment of €1,000.
The four-year securities are scheduled to mature on 23 November 2030. ALPPES Capital expects them to begin trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market around 30 November, subject to admission.
The company reported an investment portfolio valued at €190.4 million at the end of September 2026. Its holdings include listed financial businesses such as Eleving Group and INDEXO, along with investments in private companies operating across several industries.
ALPPES Capital plans to invest a further €50–70 million over the coming years, financing part of that programme through the bond issue.
The final amount raised will depend on investor demand and the results of the subscription period.
