Ekspress Grupp completes acquisition of Lithuania’s LT Advert

Estonian media group Ekspress Grupp, through LT Screens, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Lithuanian outdoor advertising operator LT Advert.

LT Advert operates more than 400 advertising locations across over 60 Lithuanian cities and employs around 25 people. The transaction price was not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Ekspress Grupp’s outdoor advertising business across all three Baltic markets.
