€6 million Iki supermarket development completed in Vilnius
Lithuanian investment company Tewox has announced the completion of a new grocery retail property at Tunelio Street 4A in Vilnius, developed through its managed company Esulda.
According to the developer, the project involved investment of approximately €6 million and provides around 2,100 square metres of leasable space.
The property has been leased to supermarket chain Iki under a long-term agreement, with the store opening on 8 October.
Tewox also expects to complete two additional grocery store developments in Lithuania during 2026. Those projects remain part of its forward development plans.
The completed Vilnius property adds another income-generating retail asset to the company’s Lithuanian portfolio.
