Capitalica raises another €2 million for Verde office expansion in Riga

Lithuanian investment fund Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I has reported investor subscriptions of €2.015 million in the third tranche of its bond offering, attracting 141 investors.

Nasdaq Baltic has approved the admission of an additional €2 million in bonds, bringing the total outstanding issue to €10 million.

The financing will support the development of buildings C and D at the Verde office complex in Riga. The planned expansion will add approximately 22,500 square metres of leasable space.

The latest tranche represents another step in financing the office development, although the subscription figures alone do not establish the project’s overall financing position or future tenant demand.
