โข According to the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, US Ambassador Christopher Robinson paid a farewell visit to State Secretary Andลพejs Viฤผumsons, marking the completion of his mission in Latvia.
โข His tenure included cooperation in security, defence, economic ties, technology and energy.
โข According to official information published by the US Department of State, Melissa Argyros has been nominated as the next US Ambassador to Latvia. Her nomination has been submitted to the US Senate and reviewed in committee hearings.
โข Formal accreditation will follow after completion of US internal procedures.
