ELEKS acquires controlling stake in Estonia’s ADM Interactive

International IT company ELEKS has acquired a controlling stake in Tallinn-based software developer ADM Interactive.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ADM’s existing shareholders and management will remain involved in the company, while ELEKS says it plans to expand the team in Estonia.

Founded in 1997, ADM develops digital portals, self-service platforms and critical systems for public- and private-sector clients.
