KRS completes €6 million bond issue and joins First North
Lithuanian infrastructure company KRS has completed a €6 million bond issue and listed the securities on the Nasdaq Vilnius First North market.
A total of 6,000 bonds with a nominal value of €1,000 each were admitted to trading on 12 October. The bonds carry a fixed annual interest rate of 9.25%, paid twice a year, and mature on 12 April 2029.
The final coupon was set at the upper end of the initially announced 8.75–9.25% range. KRS had extended the subscription period before completing the placement.
The Vilnius-based company works on infrastructure projects including telecommunications, energy networks and engineering systems. The bond issue gives KRS additional financing for its operations and development while adding another Lithuanian corporate issuer to the First North debt market.
