Eika plans €5 million bond issue to finance logistics park in Poland

Poland

Lithuania’s Eika Asset Management plans to raise up to €5 million through a bond issue to finance the development of Panattoni Park Kraków West IV, a logistics complex near Kraków, Poland.

The bonds will be issued by UAB Skawina Investments, a company controlled by an Eika-managed fund, and offered through the Letsinvest investment platform. The first €1.5 million tranche is scheduled to open on 20 October, offering an annual interest rate of 8% and a maturity of 24 months. Interest payments are planned every six months.

The project is being developed in partnership with Panattoni on a nine-hectare site in Skawina. The logistics complex will provide more than 46,000 square metres of space, with the first construction phase scheduled for completion in 2027.

The planned bond issue represents another step in Eika’s expansion into the Polish commercial property market, using Lithuanian investment capital to finance logistics development in Central Europe.
