Liven launches construction of 179 homes in Tallinn-area projects under €42 million contracts

Estonian property developer Liven has started construction of 179 homes in the next phases of its Regati and Iseära residential projects near Tallinn. The company has signed general construction contracts worth approximately €42 million, excluding VAT.

At Regati in Tallinn’s Pirita district, contractor Mitt & Perlebach will build 102 apartments and commercial premises in three buildings under a €28.3 million contract. The first building is scheduled for completion in late 2027, with the remaining two following in the first half of 2028.

At Iseära near Lake Harku, Tesron Ehitus will construct 43 homes in seven terraced buildings and 34 apartments in three buildings. The contracts total €13.7 million, with completion planned for autumn and late 2027.

At the time of the announcement, 24% of the new Regati homes and 34% of the Iseära homes had been sold or reserved.
