Infortar moves to acquire Lithuania’s Litagra agricultural group

Estonian investment group Infortar has agreed to acquire 100% of Lithuanian agricultural group Litagra through its subsidiary Infortar Agro.

Litagra comprises 34 companies and employs almost 400 people. In 2025, the group generated €69 million in consolidated revenue and €14.5 million in EBITDA and farmed about 10,500 hectares. Its activities range from dairy and crop farming to poultry and animal-feed production.

The transaction follows Infortar’s earlier acquisitions of Halinga and Estonia Farmid. After completion, Infortar says its farms would together have 16,600 animals, produce around 93,000 tonnes of milk annually and operate 23,000 hectares of farmland. The company says this would make it the Baltic region’s largest milk producer.

The deal still requires regulatory approvals, and its final price has not been disclosed. Completion is expected by the end of 2026.
